What does the portal hold?

It is the one private place for everything between you and us, from the first day of an engagement.

Inside it are secure communication in one thread, document upload with a receipt for each file, and a personal chat agent that organizes each request and routes it to the digitaltwin-os team, who send status back. The portal also holds work and metrics, scope and terms, and the weekly newsletter.
Requests go in through the chat agent and come back with a status.
  • Secure communication. Each exchange with us stays in one thread, so nothing is lost in email.
  • Document upload. Exports, contracts and files go straight into your workspace, with a receipt for each.
  • A personal chat agent. Describe what you need in plain language and it organizes the request, attaches the context and routes it to us. You can see its status until it is done.
  • Work, numbers and terms. You can see what is in progress, how the measured results are tracking, and the current scope and compensation terms with each prior revision kept.
  • The weekly newsletter. It carries updates on your own work and metrics plus industry news for your sector, and you subscribe from inside the portal.
